Winmar is now recruiting for the position of Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator at Winmar, you will:
Be responsible for a variety of duties that will assist the Project Managers in fully completing projects from start to finish. Some of these duties may include but are not limited to:
Revising estimates and uploading addendums
Address client communications in a timely fashion
Sub trade scheduling and communications
File admin responsibilities – ensuring all expectations are met
Budget control
Utilize job management systems
Monitor on-site progress
You Have:
A good base knowledge of the construction/restoration industry
A positive can-do attitude with the motivation to complete projects
A clean criminal record and a valid driver’s license
A valid First Aid/CPR Certificate

Has a good understanding of English – reading, writing and speaking
Compensation
$50,000.00 - $50,001.00 per year
